Do not compose carbohydrates alone
Carbohydrates are tempting in our diet but can wreak havoc
on your body's blood sugar, so it increases your risk for diabetes, heart
disease and even high blood pressure.
This is not to say that you should eliminate carbohydrates
from your diet, you should simply think about what healthy carbohydrates you
can consume like healthy fats and proteins. If you want to live longer and have
better health, then consume carbohydrates or healthy fats but do not eat them
alone or of poor quality.
Control your drinking habits
The only drink that is good for your body and that will
quench your thirst is water, and this should be very clear when you want to
change your drinking habits. Alcohol is a stimulant, coffee or black tea is
another stimulant of fast energy, energy drinks and soft drinks are not at all
healthy. All these drinks are better if you remove them from your daily life,
